ultrasound aims to offer very advanced teaching of anatomy, ultrasound scanning techniques and review of pathologic conditions pertinent to the musculoskeletal system by means of interactive teaching. separate courses covering different anatomical fields: 1) the distal upper extremity (from elbow to finger); 2) the distal lower extremity (from knee to toes); 3) the shoulder & hip . each course is based on a core programme and an optional preceptorship. the core programme include lectures, live demonstrations, hands-on workshops and case studies sessions. the preceptorship is specifically designed to offer the attendees the opportunity to work together with the teacher in the real-life context of an ultrasound session, examining together a series of patients affected by pathologic
